We work hard with our partners so that they can help us deliver the technical solution we know our Customers needs without deviating from the recommended practices and guidelines. We do not hybridise technology but instead seek to work with our suppliers and technology parters to extend and develop additional ways that a solution can provide Customer benefit.We believe that our partners work hard at working with us.
We don’t just soak up all all the products that our suppliers have available, we know that not every product or service will be the best fit for our Customers. Sometimes our suppliers have technologies that don’t make good sense to us so we just don’t try to push that on our Customers. In fact Lincom Solutions provides direct feedback to our vendors and suppliers, so much so that we can help the supplier become better in the market. After all – we all want to succeed and we like to have winners for Customers. Our technology partners win when we win.

For Lincom Solutions, the strategy is mind blowingly simple – Provide honest straight forward solutions that help our Customers succeed in their endeavours. We hope that as our Customer succeeds we are seen to be one of the reasons behind that success. We know that IT changes at such a rate it is impossible to know what is coming in the next 5 to 10 years, and by ensuring that our Customers include us in their forward planning we aim to help change and to be changed by that forward planning.
