As part of getting to fully understand our Customers, it is important for us to know just what our clients consider to be of value. It is a relatively easy task to identify the cost of something, but sometimes intrinsic worth must be considered if true value is to be understood. For example, Lincom Solutions are definitely not the lowest cost resources in the market, but we know that our Customers will tell you that we deliver the best value to them without question. The Lincom Solutions value proposition is simple – we use the best people to provide our Customers with the best solutions that fit the first time, every time. Lincom are not here to just provide a tick in the box, if the box doesn’t provide either direct or indirect benefit to the Customer then we will ask why it is there in the first place.
Value is transferrable
Knowledge is something that we transfer to our Customers, for too long we believe that traditional IT consulting organisations failed to empower their customers with knowledge. The generally held perception was that if too much knowledge was given to a Customer they would not feel the need to return their business but instead become self sufficient. Lincom Solutions know that an empowered Customer will better understand how much further they can go in business. The result is repeat business for Lincom Solutions because we are considered as a trusted advisor. For us Value is as much about truth and honesty with our Customers as it is about the core technology.
